BY CAR
The hotel is located in the old town of Monterosso which is a pedestrian area, therefor no cars are allowed to enter the town. You can reach the town by car although you cannot drive directly to the hotel.
Highway A12- Exit: Corrodano - www.autostrade.it
Suggested parking lot: Monterosso Old Town (Centro Storico)
Alternate parking lot: Monterosso Fegina, farther from the hotel but with more capacity.
From the Carrodano exit follow the signs for Levanto, from Levanto then follow the signs for Monterosso Al Mare and the Cinque Terre. Once reached the top of the mountain continue straight ignoring the signs to La Spezia, after 50 mt (you will see a B&B on the right) turn left in direction to the old town of Monterosso (centro storico and recommended parking lot) or stay right to go to Monterosso Fegina. In both directions follow the winding road until you cannot go any further and you will find the public parking lots. Cost of parking is 18 euros for 24 hours, unfortunately there is no possibility to reserve a parking spot before arrival.
Parking Monterosso Old Town: (about a 3 minute walk to the hotel)
Exit the parking lot and make a left, you will find yourself on the main street Via Roma, continue for about 2 minutes and you will find the hotel on the left hand side (big yellow and red building).
Parking Monterosso Fegina: (about a 15 minute walk to the hotel)
Exit the parking lot and make a right onto the main street, after about 300 meters you will see a tunnel, go through the tunnel and you will arrive in the main square of the old town. On the right side of the big church is the main street, Via Roma. Go up Via Roma and the hotel is located about 150 meters on the right (big yellow and red building).
BY TRAIN
From the train station to Hotel Margherita: (about 8-10 minute walk)
Go out the train station and make a left, after about 150 meters you will see a tunnel, go through the tunnel and you will arrive in the main square of the old town. On the right side of the big church is the main street Via Roma. Go up Via Roma and the hotel is located about 150 meters on the right (big yellow and red building).
